Of course, we shouldn’t fail to mention the Carnival of Perithori, which takes place in the village square with the participation of many people, carnivalists and parade floats. People from all the villages of Nevrokopi, as well as from Drama and the wider region, attend the parade of floats together with the carnival partakers who present current affairs in a theatrical way.
